December 1 - Site delivered and product uploads commenced. November 2011- Oswill appoints Alchemy Equities as corporate advisers to assist the company to list on the Australian Small Scales Offering Board.
November 2011 - Oswill appoints Franchise Select as recruitment managers. Also known as "The Munro Group" the search has begun to recruit and/or acquire more than 1000 franchisees nationally. October 2011 - Oswill appoints HWL Ebsworth as legal counsel for it's franchise system. October 2011 - Price Waterhouse Coopers PWC Private appointed as auditors and advisers for the group. October 2011 Oswill enters into a management agreement with the prior group manager of Australia's largest home services franchise with more than 3000 franchisees Australia-wide.
